        <Item t="How to ask">Email <Mail /> within 14 days of paying, from the address you paid with or with your Stripe receipt. You do not need to give a reason.</Item>
        <Item t="What happens">We refund the full price to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.</Item>
        <Item t="After a refund">Please remove the access code from your browsers (Library → Remove code from this browser). Codes are for paying customers.</Item>
        <Item t="After 14 days">We look at each request fairly, for example if the site did not work for you. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected by anything on this page.</Item>

        <Item t="Complete">One payment of NZD {price('full')}. Every lesson, all six Excel workbooks, the calculator exports and the chapter quizzes, with no expiry date. Nothing renews.</Item>
        <Item t="Prices">In New Zealand dollars, including GST where it applies.</Item>
        <Item t="Your access code">It appears on your Library page right after payment. It is for one person. Use it on your own devices; please do not share or publish it. If you lose it, email us with your receipt and we will send it again.</Item>
        <Item t="Using the material">You may use the lessons, the workbooks and your calculator exports in your own work, including work for clients or an employer. Please do not resell or republish the lessons, or share the workbook files as templates.</Item>
        <Item t="Not advice">Keelvalue is educational. It is not a valuation of any business and not financial, legal or tax advice, and buying it does not create an adviser relationship. Check your numbers and get professional advice before you rely on them.</Item>
        <Item t="Completion records">Records from the chapter quizzes are self-issued. They are not accredited CPD. Check your professional body’s rules before claiming the hours.</Item>
        <Item t="If things change">We may improve or correct lessons at any time. If Keelvalue ever stops being available, we will give at least 60 days’ notice on this site.</Item>
        <Item t="Liability">To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for decisions you make using the material.</Item>
        <Item t="Consumer law">If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you buy for the purposes of a business, we both agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, to the extent the law allows.</Item>
        <Item t="Governing law">New Zealand law applies, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. The version of this page in force when you paid applies to that purchase.</Item>

        <H id="privacy" k="Privacy">Most of it never leaves your browser.</H>
        <Item t="When you buy">Stripe passes us your name, email address, country and the payment details (never the card number). We use them to give you access, send receipts, handle refunds and keep the tax records New Zealand law requires.</Item>
        <Item t="In your browser only">Your access code, calculator numbers, quiz results and the name you type on a completion record are stored on your device (browser local storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing this site’s data removes them.</Item>
        <Item t="Services that load the pages">Vercel hosts the site. Fonts come from Google Fonts and code libraries from unpkg and cdnjs. Stripe runs the checkout page. These services see your IP address when they serve you. We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking.</Item>
        <Item t="Your rights">Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email <Mail />.</Item>
